For the Best Burning Experience:

1) The First Burn is Crucial: Allow the candle to burn for at least 2-3 hours initially, or until the melted wax reaches the full diameter of the glass. This prevents "tunnelling" and ensures an even burn for the candle's entire life.

2) Trim the Wick: Before each subsequent use, trim the wick to about 5mm (¼ inch). This will ensure a clean, steady flame and prevent soot from forming on the glass.

3) Limit Burn Time: For optimal safety and performance, do not burn the candle for more than 4 hours at a time.

4) Cleaning for Elegant Reuse:
Stop Burning: Discontinue use when approximately 1 cm (½ inch) of wax remains at the bottom. This is a crucial safety step.

5) Remove Remaining Wax: Place the chalice in your freezer for a few hours. The cold temperature will cause the wax to shrink and harden, allowing it to pop out easily, often in one piece.

6) Final Wash: Once the wax is removed, simply wash the inside of the chalice by hand with warm, soapy water. Gently pat the exterior dry with a soft cloth, taking care around the embellishments. Please do not place it in a dishwasher. Your beautiful vessel is now ready to be repurposed as a vase, a makeup brush holder, or a standalone decorative piece.
